% 15.10.2015 This execution petition was stayed sine die after counsel for the judgment debtor made a statement that decree had been stayed in RFA (OS) 34/1997 tilted as Air India Ltd. vs. Atma Ram Properties Pvt. Ltd. perusal of order dated 23rd July, 2007 passed in RFA (OS) 34/1997 shows that appeal has already been disposed of in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties. Twelve years have gone by since then and no application for revival has been filed. No fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the execution petition pending and the same is disposed of accordingly.
