By the present petition the petitioner seeks extension of interim bail granted to him by the learned Trial Court.

The new born baby Mahira was born on 17th December, 2016. The medical certificate dated 3rd January, 2017 has been enclosed which only specifies that the mother is required to take nutritious food, drink plenty of fluid and maintain hygiene.

This court finds no reason to extend the interim bail granted to the petitioner by the learned Trial Court on the ground of birth of the new baby. 4.
Petition is dismissed.
