Nos. 10283/2019 After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition and approach the concerned Additional Commissioner i.e. the Appellate Authority. In case, the petitioner files an appeal against the impugned order of the adjudicating and enforcement officer, dated 08.02.2019 within 10 days from today, the W.P.(C) 2187/2019

designated officer shall dispose of the appeal expeditiously, after affording a proper hearing to the parties within six weeks from today. It is also open to the petitioner to apply for waiver from the requirement of the full deposit. In such an event, the appellate authority shall pass an appropriate order after hearing the parties.
