Petitioner seeks setting aside of judgment dated 27.02.2026 whereby she has been denied residence order.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the abovesaid petition and states that the petitioner is making best effort to reconcile all differences amicably and, therefore, she is no longer interested in pursuing with the present petition.

She, therefore, seeks to withdraw the same unconditionally. 4.

In view of the above, while allowing the abovesaid application, the main petition is hereby disposed of as withdrawn. 5.
