% 06.02.2018 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:
"It is, therefore, humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased;
a) to issue a writ of mandamus, order and direction to the respondent no.1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the respondent no. 4 (owner) and respondent no.5 (tenant) and the property situated at C-71, (Basement), Preet Vihar, Delhi - 110092 and by sealing the same in the interest of justice; b) to issue a writ, order or direction to the respondent no.4 & 5 to stop the commercial activity from its premises situated at C-71 (Basement), Preet Vihar, Delhi - 110092 with immediate effect;
c) and may pass such other or further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem think fit in the facts and circumstances of the case."
Mr. Tushar Sannu, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 on advance notice states, the respondents have initiated the action against the property in question. He states, the complete action shall be taken in accordance with law. He also states, the communication made by the petitioner with the respondent no.4, a copy thereof has been sent to the respondents No.1 and 2 shall be answered within 3 weeks from today. Noting the said statement, the petition is disposed of. Respondent nos. 1 and 2 shall communicate the petitioner the action taken on the grievance of the petitioner as reflected by the petitioner in his representation at Page 34. The petition is disposed of.
If the petitioner is still aggrieved by any inaction on the part of the respondent nos. 1 and 2, he is entitled to revive the present petition. V. KAMESWAR RAO, J FEBRUARY 06, 2018/jg
