Issue notice. Ms. Dwivedi accepts notice on behalf of respondents/NCTE.

The record shows that the petitioner had approached this Court on earlier occasions as well.

A perusal of the order dated 12.2.2018 shows that this Court had set aside the orders dated 2.5.2017 and 16.10.2017 passed by respondent nos.1 and 2, respectively, and directed that the petitioner's application be processed, if it complied with requirements, albeit, without having regard to the fact that the NOC issued by the affiliating body was submitted belatedly. 4.
It appears that, thereafter, the petitioner's case was processed and a Letter of Intent (for short 'LOI') was issued.

The petitioner, apparently, filed a reply in compliance of the LOI on 4.12.2019. The FDR as sought for by the concerned regional committee, it appears, was submitted only on 10.2.2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that since the cut-off date for the ensuing academic session 2020-2021 is 3.3.2020, the petitioner's application should be processed further, bearing in mind, the said cut-off date.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has been in Court on more than one occasion, the respondents will endeavour to process the petitioner's matter, at the earliest, bearing in mind the cut-off date i.e. 3.3.2020. 8.
The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid directions. 9.
