% 02.04.2026 By way of the present petition, the petitioners seek setting aside of the order dated 12.02.2026 passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class (NI Act), Saket Courts, District South, Delhi, and for quashing of the Complaint Case bearing No. CC(NI Act) 8563/2023. Mr. K.C. Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that there are certain discrepancies in the annexures filed with the petition. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, without prejudice to the petitioners' right to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action.

The petition, alongwith the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of the above submissions.
