No.6682/2016 (u/s 151 & 152 CPC), by parties The abovementioned joint application has been filed by the petitioner and the respondent under Sections 151 & 152 CPC with a prayer to amend the order dated 1st April, 2016 passed by this Court, to omit the direction that the arbitration shall take place under the aegis of Delhi International Arbitration Centre and permit the parties to proceed with the ad hoc arbitration.

With the consent of the parties, the prayer made in the application is allowed.

The said direction is omitted from the order dated 1st April, 2016. The remaining order shall remain intact.

The application is disposed of.
