Mr. Harshit Jain, learned counsel who was appointed by the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee, submits that he has not been able to contact the petitioner.

He submits that, to his knowledge, the petitioner has also not surrendered in compliance with the order dated 08.08.2023 passed by this Court.

He seeks discharge in the present petition.

4.

In view of the above, Mr. Harshit Jain is discharged from the present proceedings.

5.

The present petition is also dismissed for non-prosecution. 6.

The respondent is at liberty to take steps for execution of the impugned order.
