This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "a. Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, including interim or permanent injunction, directing the Respondents to:
b. Quash the rejection order dated 28.11.2024 passed by Respondent no. 2 (RBI ombudsman) concerning the fraudulent transaction. c. Issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions to Respondents to restore the amount illegally siphoned off from the Petitioner's SBI credit card on 09.12.2023 by Unknown parties amounting to Rs. 58,830/- d. Provide full disclosure of all pertinent transaction details, including but not limited to the location of initiation, beneficiary details, merchant platform/name, and merchant's account and bank details from Respondent no. 1 Bank & 2.
e. Immediately stop/cease all recovery harassment and stop any further attempts to recover the disputed amount until the matter is W.P.(C) 3209/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. duly investigated and resolved from Respondent no. 1 Bank. f. Ensure prompt and transparent communication regarding any future transactions to prevent delays in dispute resolution. g. Direct Respondent no. 1 Bank to adhere to the RBI Master Circular dated 06.07.2017 and ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines concerning the handling of fraudulent transactions and protection of consumer rights.
h. Direct the Respondent no. 1 Bank to compensate the Petitioner for the mental and physical distress caused due to continued harassment and negligence in handling the fraudulent transaction. i. Award costs of this petition to the Petitioner." 2.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this writ petition.
