This petition has been filed for setting aside order dated 1st August 2025 passed by the ARC-02, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in Execution Petition No.458/2025. It is informed by counsel for petitioner as well as counsel for Delhi Waqf Board that the execution has since fructified and possession of the property has been taken over. 2.

The Court notes that by previous order dated 10th March 2025 of Coordinate Bench of this Court in RC.REV.84/2025, an undertaking was made by petitioner to vacate the subject premises within one year time. The same was then also reiterated in order dated 17th March 2025 passed in The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. RC.REV.84/2025, where this Court stated that the petitioner would remain bound by the statement made by them on 10th March 2025 and disposed of the petition.

Subsequently, recall application was filed in RC.REV.84/2025 which was also disposed of on 1st December 2025, where the Court dismissed the said application for recall.

In view of the circumstances, there is no merit in the said petition and the same is therefore dismissed.
