The parties admit that in view of the Settlement Agreement dated 25.09.2025, arrived at between the parties before the Mediator, the Respondent is required to pay Rs. 2.5 crores to the Appellant by 25.06.2026.

Both the parties state that the present Appeal be disposed of, as they wish to file a petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, for grant of decree of divorce in terms of the settlement. 3.
