Counsel for the respondents, on the previous date of hearing, had handed over a revised proposal with a new packaging/ trade dress. 2.

Counsel for the appellant, on instructions, submits that the appellant has no objection towards the new packaging/ trade dress. 3.

The new packaging/ trade dress is taken on record. The Registry shall scan and incorporate the same in the digital case file. 4.

Counsel for the parties are agreeable that this appeal may be disposed of on the basis of interim order passed on 30th March, 2016. 5.

Accordingly, the interim order passed by this Court on 30th March, 2016 is confirmed and the impugned order dated 25th February, 2015 passed by ADJ-01 (North), Rohini Courts, Delhi is set aside. 6.
