These applications have been filed under Order I Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereinafter 'CPC') seeking impleadment of the following parties:
a.
Mr. Ashwani Bhatnagar;
b.
Ms. Rekha Saxena; and c.
Ms. Priya Saxena.

Mr. Cheitanya Madan, counsel appearing on behalf of the plaintiff in CS(OS) 192/2022, submits that he has filed vakalatnama for Ms. Rekha Saxena and has no objection to her impleadment as a defendant. 3.
Mr. Madhu Sudan, counsel appearing on behalf of the defendant in CS(OS) 192/2022 submits that he has filed vakalatnama for Mr. Ashwani Bhatnagar and Ms. Priya Saxena and has no objection to the impleadment of the aforesaid parties as defendant in the suit. 4.
Accordingly, the aforementioned parties are impleaded as defendants. 5.
The amended memo of parties be filed within three (3) days. 6.

Both the applications have been filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the CPC seeking decreeing of the two suits on the basis of Settlement Deed dated 8th September, 2025 (hereinafter, 'Settlement Deed') arrived at between the parties.

The Settlement Deed which bears the signatures of all the parties, has been placed on record.
9.
I have perused the terms of the Settlement Deed and find the same to be lawful.
10.
Parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Deed. 11.
The applications stand disposed of.
CS(OS) 192/2022 and CS(OS) 345/2022 12.
In view of the order passed in I.A. 22381/2025 and I.A. 22666/2025, the both the suits are decreed in terms of the Settlement Deed. The aforesaid applications along with the Settlement Deed shall form part of the decree sheet.

Decree sheet be drawn up accordingly.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the Local Commissioner appointed by this Court vide order dated 27th September, 2022, Mr. Vijay Kumar Singh, Advocate shall handover the keys of the five (5) Gallas to the plaintiff.

All pending applications stand disposed of.
