BAIL APPLN. 566/2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though earlier bail application of the petitioner was withdrawn on 29.11.2018, the petitioner has got to know that father of the victim has made a complaint to the concerned SHO that the child victim was not a victim in the subject FIR.

Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned Addl. PP for the State who prays for time to file status report. Let the same be filed within three weeks.
