The parties have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre by executing a Settlement Agreement dated 15th December, 2023, which is accompanied with Board Resolution(s)/ PoA/ Authority Letter in favour of the Authorised Representatives of Plaintiff and Defendant.

Counsel for the parties mentioned in the appearance above confirm the terms of settlement and pray for the suit to be decreed in terms thereof. 3.

The Court has perused the said terms and finds the same to be lawful. As a part of the settlement, the Defendants have agreed to change the name/ mark from "SCOTTISH INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL" to "STEMFIELDS INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL". They have also undertaken to withdraw the cancellation petitions filed by them before the trademark Registry in relation The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. to the Plaintiff's trademark registrations, as detailed in paragraph No. 4 of the Settlement Agreement. Mr. Sangram Singh, counsel for Defendants, states that appropriate steps will be taken to withdraw the said petitions within two weeks from today.

The present suit is decreed in favour of the Plaintiff and against the Defendants, in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 15th December, 2023, which shall form part of the decree. Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement.

In view of the fact that parties have arrived at a compromise, Registry is directed to issue a certificate for refund of full court fee, in favour of the Plaintiff.
