By way of the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of direction to the respondents to register an FIR and conduct fair investigation.

Issue notice. Mr. Rahul Tyagi, the learned ASC accepts notice on behalf of the State.

The Court is informed that FIR in this case was registered on 12.03.2025 and investigation is being carried out. 6.

recorded by the Investigating Officer (I.O.) whereby he had stated that he did not want any action against anyone and that he was hit by an unknown vehicle and he does not know who had hit him and who had caused the accident.

As far as the other contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is concerned qua taking action against the IO or that the FIR had not been registered immediately after he had filed the complaint, the same may be agitated before the learned area Magistrate.

The writ stands satisfied being infructuous, at this stage and is disposed of.
