This petition has been heard through video conferencing. This petition has been listed on a letter dated 28.01.2021 addressed by the learned Senior Civil Judge (North West District), Rohini Courts, seeking extension of time for conclusion of the trial in Civil Suit No. 60588/2016 titled as Ravindra Kumar Gupta vs. Varun Gupta & Ors.. This Court vide its order dated 19.02.2020 passed in the present petition had directed the learned Trial Court to adjudicate on the Suit on or before 30.09.2020. The learned Court has now sought extension of this time. The learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 submits that in the meantime the evidence has been concluded and the suit is now listed for final arguments on 16.02.2021.

Keeping in view the above, the time for disposal of the suit is extended till 31.03.2021.
