The petitioner has sought two reliefs: firstly, direction is sought to respondent no.1, SHO PS New Friends Colony to disclose fate of FIR No. 193/2000; secondly, direction to the Union of India to issue passport to the petitioner.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to seek information under RTI Act and thereafter file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. 3.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
