O R D E R

% 24.02.2020 This petition has been filed inter alia praying for the following relief:- "(a) Pass an order directing the Respondent to allow the Petitioner to participate in their defence armament procurement contracts as the ten year ban period imposed vide Respondent's order dated 05-03-2012 expired on 03-06-2019;

(b) Pass an order directing the Respondent to make a suitable adjustment in the total ban period of ten years, of ban period suffered by the Petitioners for the interregnum period between the date of suspension order, viz 03-06-2009 and the date of final order viz, 05-032012;" The petition is disposed of, directing the respondent to consider the contents of the present petition as a representation of the petitioners and dispose of the same by way of a speaking order, which must be communicated to the petitioners within a period of four weeks from today.

Needless to say that if the petitioners are aggrieved by the decision taken by the respondent, it shall be open to the petitioners to challenge the same in accordance with law.
