Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C and Section 528 BNSS has been filed for quashing of FIR No.675/2023 under Section 498A/406/506/34 IPC, P.S.Begumpur in view of the Settlement dated 10.09.2024. 2.
The Petitioner Nos.1 & 2 are present in the Court while Respondent No.2 is present through V.C.

Parties have endorsed the settlement and their statements have already been recorded before the learned J.R on 12.03.2025. 4.

Settlement of her claims past, present and future towards Istridhan, alimony etc. The parties have also taken divorce by mutual consent vide Decree dated 10.02.2025.
