The counsel for the plaintiff and the counsel for both the defendants appear. 2.

The parties in this suit for recovery of money, vide order dated 28th February, 2018, were referred to Mediation Cell of this Court. 3.

Mediation has been successful with the efforts of Mr. Atul Batra, Advocate / Mediator and Ms. Mahjabeen, Advocate / Co-Mediator and a Settlement Agreement dated 20th March, 2018 purporting to be signed by the parties, their advocates and the mediator and the co-mediator has been received from the Mediation Cell of this Court.

The plaintiff has also filed IA No.15808/2018 for withdrawal of the suit in terms of the Settlement Agreement and for refund of court fees. 5.

The parties support the Settlement Agreement and the application. 6.

The suit is dismissed as withdrawn, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.

A certificate entitling the plaintiff to refund of court fees paid less Rs.10,000/- be issued and handed over to the counsel for the plaintiff. RAJIV SAHAI ENDLAW, J.
