This is joint application filed on behalf of the plaintiff under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, for recording of compromise arrived at between the parties.

It is stated that the plaintiff and defendant have resolved their disputes and have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 20th March, 2025, (hereinafter the 'Settlement Agreement') which is filed as Document-1, with the present application.

The Settlement Agreement has been signed by the authorised representatives of the plaintiff and the defendant. 4.

agreement and the fact that the authorised representative of the defendant has signed the agreement.

I have gone through the terms of the settlement and find the same to be lawful. In terms of the settlement, the parties have agreed to withdraw the cross suits and petitions filed against each other. 6.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement.

The application is disposed of.

CS(COMM) 118/2019 8.

In view of the order passed above in [I.A. 10249/2025], the suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement. The application [I.A. 10249/2025] and the Settlement Agreement, shall form a part of the decree. 9.

Let the decree sheet be drawn up.

The suit is accordingly disposed of.
