Mr. Kundu, the learned Additional Standing Counsel accepts notice for State.

The petitioner has been granted parole on 18.02.2019 by the Dy. Secretary (Home), Government of NCT of Delhi, for three days. The learned counsel for the State agrees that it is perhaps a typographical error. Looking into the circumstance of the petitioner that her minor son requires urgent medical treatment from ailments that he has been suffering

from many months, the petitioner‟s parole is extended by six weeks on the same terms and conditions, as have been enumerated in the aforesaid order dated 18.02.2019.

With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed-off. A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties under signature of the Court Master and a copy of this order shall also be delivered upon the Jail Superintendent concerned, through the State.
