% 01.05.2017 Today, the case is fixed for plaintiff's evidence. Ld. counsels for the parties submit that the value of suit is less than Rs. 2 crores and suit is likely to be transferred to Ld. District Courts. In terms of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and also in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, the suit stands transferred to the District Courts.

The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District Judge (South-East), Saket Courts, Delhi on 3rd July, 2017 for further directions.
