This petition is filed for regular bail in FIR No. 703/2023 under Sections 376/354(C)/506 IPC and Section 67 IT Act, registered at P.S. Shahbad Dairy; petitioner is in custody since 8th August 2024. 2.

Counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this bail application at this stage.

It is stated by the APP for the State that matter has been committed to Sessions Court and further proceedings are underway. 4.

In these facts and circumstances, it may be appropriate if testimony of the complainant is recorded on an expeditious basis, preferably within 3 months.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, are disposed of as infructuous.
