Ms. Nandita Rao, Additional Standing counsel accepts notice on behalf of first and second respondents.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners may give their telephonic contact numbers to the local police, as presently represented by SI Nagender Nagar, present in court, so that the local SHO, the divisional officer and the beat staff can be properly sensitized and called upon to render all necessary help in case of need. The learned additional standing counsel submits, and the counsel for the petitioners agrees, that for such approach to be made, the telephone numbers of the concerned police officer would also be made available to the petitioners. The needful shall be done today itself. W.P.(CRL) 683/2019

Steps will be taken for service of third respondent, returnable before roster bench on 2nd May, 2019.
