% 04.03.2020 The petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 5.1.2019, by virtue of which, the application under Section 319 Cr.P.C filed by the petitioner was dismissed. It is submitted by learned APP for the State that the petition has become infructuous as the final judgment was passed on 29.1.2019. I have perused the impugned order and the final judgment. The impugned order dated 5.1.2019 and thereafter the final judgment passed by the trial court dated 29.1.2019 are under challenge. In these circumstances, nothing survives in the petition and the petition is dismissed.
