The present application under Section 438 of the CrPC seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 27/2024 under Section 376 of the IPC, registered at PS Sunlight Colony, Delhi.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that chargesheet in the present FIR has been filed and the present applicant has been granted Court bail by the learned Trial court. It is further submitted that in view of the same the present application stands infructuous and seeks to withdraw the same.
