By way of this petition, the petitioner is seeking parole on the ground of marriage of his cousin, which is fixed for 21.2.2020. The place of marriage is Bagpat, UP and time is very short for verification.

However, I have perused the order dated 3.2.2020 which shows that petitioner is in the category of very high risk prisoner as he is involved in multiple murder cases. In these circumstances, no grounds are made out for granting

parole to the petitioner. Dismissed.
