Learned prosecutor accepts notice. After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner fairly admits the legal position that the court cannot direct the investigator as to how the investigation be carried out. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petition may be disposed of, directing the investigation to be conducted properly since the list of the alleged dowry articles has not been taken on record by the Investigating Officer. Learned prosecutor submits that if the petitioner supplies the said list along with supporting bills, the Investigating Officer shall take appropriate steps in investigation.
4.
Under these circumstances, as requested by both sides, the petition is disposed of directing that within three days, the petitioner shall furnish to the Investigating Officer the said list of articles along with corresponding bills and thereafter, the Investigating Officer shall investigate in accordance with law.
