O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the respondent to release the petitioner on parole to combat inner stress and depression, arising out of prolonged incarceration. 2.

The petitioner claims that he requires time to make arrangements for special coaching/preparation for good performance of his minor daughter, who is scheduled to appear in Tenth Class Board Examination. 3.

The nominal roll has been filed, which indicates that the petitioner was released on parole for a period of two weeks from 21.12.2018 to 04.01.2019. The petitioner has also been released on furlough on numerous occasions and there is no allegation that the petitioner has misused his liberty.

Considering the above, this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition.

The petitioner is directed to be released on parole for a period of two weeks from the date of his release, on submission of a personal bond in the

sum of ₹10,000/- with one surety of an equivalent amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent.

The petitioner shall provide his mobile number and ensure that he is reachable at all times.
