% 26.02.2020 1.

This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking extension of parole, which is expiring on 26.2.2020 as well as for attending marriage of his real brother which is to take place on 2.3.2020. It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was released on 11.2.2020 though the parole was granted vide order dated 9.1.2020, and because of this reason he could not file the SLP. She further submits that the condition in the order dated 9.1.2020 was that petitioner cannot leave the NCT of Delhi. State has filed the status report. I have perused the status report.

2.

In view of the facts and circumstances, and that the marriage of

the real brother of the petitioner is to take place in Jhajjar, Haryana, the condition that petitioner shall not leave Delhi is waived and his parole is extended for a period of two weeks on the same terms and condition, except the condition that he shall not leave NCT of Delhi. 3.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.

4.

Copy of the order be sent to Jail Superintendant for compliance. 5.
