% 25.02.2020 The present writ of Habeas Corpus has been filed by the petitioner-mother seeking production of her minor daughter-Ms.Sarita aged about 11 years, who has been missing since 12th February, 2020. Mr.Rahul Mehra, learned Standing Counsel (Crl.) for the State has handed over a status report dated 25th February, 2020. In the status report, it has been stated that Ms.Sarita has been handed back to her mother i.e. petitioner by the Crime against Women Cell (CWC) on 24th February, 2020.

Let the statement of Ms.Sarita under Section 164 Cr.P.C. be

recorded during the course of the day.

The petitioner and Ms.Sarita are directed to attend the future Counselling Sessions as directed by CWC.

With the aforesaid directions, the present petition is disposed of as satisfied.
