This writ petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking quashing of impugned final order dated 02.05.2024, passed by Respondent No. 5 as well as order dated 19.09.2024, passed by Respondent No. 4 and Review order dated 23.11.2024, passed by Respondent No. 3. 2.

In paragraph 6 of the present writ petition the Petitioner has made the following disclosures:

"6. That the undersigned was awarded 2 minor penalties during the year 2023. By aggrieving with the penalties, the Petitioner approached the Hon'ble Allahabad High Court by filing Writ-A No. 11132 of 2024, and Writ-A No. 15958 of 2024. The aforementioned Writ petitions are presently pending for adjudication before the Hon'ble High Court Allahabad. The present Writ Petition is being filed to apprise this Hon'ble Court for the pending Writ Petitions in connection with the APAR grading. It is humble request that this information may kindly be taken on record for reference in the present proceedings."

In the present case, the Petitioner impugns the final order passed on 02.05.2024 by Respondent No. 5, which is located in the State of Uttar Pradesh.

Since, the Petitioner has already filed two Writ Petitions before the Allahabad High Court, which will have bearing on the result of present writ petition, the Petitioner is relegated to the remedy availed before the Allahabad High Court.

The petition stands disposed of.
