W.P.(CRL) 686/2019 The counsel for the petitioners submits that she does not press prayer clauses (b) and (c) insofar as direction to the police to register FIR against the fifth respondent is concerned and the prayer for restraint order against fifth and sixth respondents inasmuch as she reserves the right to approach the competent Metropolitan Magistrate respecting the first relief and jurisdictional civil court for the second relief, she only pressing prayer clause (a). Issue notice restricted to prayer clause (a). Ms. Nandita Rao, Additional Standing counsel accepts notice on behalf first to fourth respondents. Petitioners to take steps for service of fifth and sixth respondents.
