By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in connection with FIR No. 318/2024 dated 18.05.2024, registered at Police Station Punjabi Bagh, District West, New Delhi, under Sections 376/328/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

After some arguments, Mr. Surender Chauhan, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this application, without prejudice to the rights and remedies available to the applicant before the learned Sessions Court.
