% 06.03.2019 IA 3297/2019 Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions. OMP(Misc.)(Comm) 84/2019 This petition has been filed jointly by the parties to the arbitration proceedings seeking extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to pass the Award.

Having considered the contents of the petition, the time for making of the Award by the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a further period of six months with effect from today i.e. 06.3.2019. The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs.
