This application has been filed by the Applicant under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, praying for being released on Bail in FIR No. 43/2024 registered at Police Station: Bawana under Sections 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 3.
