% 17.04.2025 1.

Bail Application under Section 483 BNSS read with Section 528 BNSS has been filed for grant of interim bail for 45 days on account of medical exigency.

It is submitted that the Petitioner intends to get his operation done for piles from a private hospital or any other hospital for which interim bail be granted.

Petitioner is suffering from piles for the last more than one year. The medical report dated 28.03.2025 received from the jail reports that he has been regularly examined every three weeks by the doctor at General Surgery Department and that no operation is required at this stage.

In view of the medical Report, no ground is made out for grant of interim bail. of getting a surgery done, he may be taken to the concerned Department in DDU Hospital for medical opinion about the intended surgery for piles within 15 days.
