I have perused the application.

The pecuniary value of the suit for the purpose of jurisdiction is less than Rs. 1 crore. Hence, the case is liable to be transferred. The application is accordingly allowed.

IA stands disposed off accordingly.

CS(OS) 1950/2002 In terms of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and also in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, the suit stands transferred to the District Courts.

The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District Judge (New Delhi), Patiala House Courts, Delhi on 7th July, 2016 for further

directions.
