Mr. Rahul Mehra, learned Standing Counsel for Delhi Police has handed over the status report which is taken on record. Copy of the same handed over to counsel for the petitioner.

As per the status report, missing daughter of petitioner appeared before the Metropolitan Magistrate, New Delhi on her own on 02nd March, 2020. The daughter of petitioner was medically examined at Safdarjung Hospital on 06th March, 2020 and her statement was recorded by the Metropolitan Magistrate on 06th March, 2020. As per the statement, minor daughter of petitioner voluntary left her home without the involvement of any person and the custody of minor daughter of petitioner was handed over to her father by the Child Welfare Committee on 09th March, 2020. 3.

Minor daughter of petitioner is present in Court along with her parents By:RAJENDER SINGH KARKI 13:20:38

and brother.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition be disposed of. This petition is disposed of as satisfied. 5.
