At the outset, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that there have been material contradictions in the statements of two of the witnesses which have been examined by the learned Trial Court.

He seeks liberty to withdraw the present bail application and file it before the learned Trial Court pointing out the contradictions.

The bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications also stand disposed of.

4.

As and when the bail application is filed by the applicant, the learned Trial Court is directed to consider the same on its own merits.
