The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed impugning the order dated 03.03.2023 passed by Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi ("NCDRC") in case bearing consumer case no. 81 of 2017 titled as "Rakesh Kumar vs. M/s BPTP Ltd. & Anr."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings as per law. 3.

In view of the above, permission is granted.
