This is a petition for substitution of the Arbitrator appointed by this Court vide order dated 20.9.2018.

2.1 By virtue of the said order, Mr. D.S. Paweriya, former Additional District and Sessions Judge was appointed as a sole Arbitrator. 3.

It appears that despite communication of order of appointment to Mr. Paweriya, there has been no response from him. 4.

Accordingly, issue notice to the respondent. In addition, service be effected via private mode as well.
