This is a petition under Section 528 of The BNSS 2023 against the impugned order dated 13.02.2025 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class-02, (Mahila Courts), South East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi in regard to payment of the school fees for which an application for the early hearing was filed in Execution CRL No. 167/2024. 2.
Learned counsel submits that the learned Trial Court in Domestic Violence Act, 2005 proceedings has already passed an order directing the respondents to make the payment of school fees of their three children. directions from this Court to the respondent for the payment of school fees of the children.

The Court therefore finds no merit in the present petition. Of course, if any directions as stated are already passed, the petitioners would be at liberty to request the Trial Court for enforcement of such directions as per law.

The petition is accordingly dismissed.
