The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed impugning the order dated 11.12.2023 passed by the learned CCJcum-ARC, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in Ex. 77/22 titled as ―Gopi Nath Pvt. Ltd. vs. Sanjay Bhaskar‖ whereby the learned Trial Court had dismissed the application under Order XXI Rule 29 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 of the petitioners. 4.
