% 30.01.2020 Ms. Takiar, ld. counsel for the respondents submits that he demandcum-allotment letter has since been issued to the petitioner in pursuance of the orders passed in LPA No.159/2019 'Surender Singh Deswal vs. Delhi Development Authority'. Ld. counsel for the petitioner concedes to that effect and submits that in view of the issuance of the demand-cum-allotment letter, she has instructions to state that the instant petition need not be proceeded further.

Taking note of the totality of facts and circumstances, the instant contempt petition stands disposed of.
