The petitioners have filed the present petition praying for anticipatory bail.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that petitioner no.1 is in judicial custody and petitioner no.2 has been released on bail. He seeks to address the present petition only on behalf of petitioner no.3. 3.

Ms Dhalla, learned APP has opposed the present petition as she states that petitioner no.3 has not joined the investigation and is absconding. 4.

Petitioner no.3 is present in Court. He undertakes to this Court that he shall join the investigation forthwith. He further undertakes that he shall pay a sum of ₹8,51,000/- to the complainant within a period of eight weeks from today.

Subject to petitioner no.3 joining the investigation and appearing before the Investigating Officer at 10:30 on 17.03.2020, he is granted

anticipatory bail on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of an equivalent amount to the satisfaction of the concerned SHO/IO. This is also subject to the conditions that petitioner no.3 shall continue to cooperate with the investigating agency and further comply with the undertakings, as recorded above.

Petitioner no.3 shall also provide his contact number and ensure that he is reachable at all times.

He shall also not leave the National Capital Territory of Delhi.

The petition is disposed in the aforesaid terms. 8.

Petitioner no.3 shall sign this order as an acknowledgment of his statement recorded herein.
