% 06.03.2019 Learned counsel submits that though the claim in this writ petition is for a direction to the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) and the Customs authorities to issue guidelines and directions with respect to supply of records of hearing and interim orders and proceedings, the claim would be satisfied if the request addressed in the facts of this case for supply of the copies of such documents in the petitioner's case relating to seizure of gold on 13.05.2017 and related proceedings is acceded to.
In the circumstances, the respondents are directed to respond and pass appropriate orders and also furnish necessary copies of proceedings/orders passed in the course of the adjudication proceedings within two weeks. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms along with the pending application. Order dasti.
